	Policies:
	Reservations:	one night's deposit required for confirmation payable by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, enRoute accepted) or cheque cheques must be received within 2 weeks of making your reservation - minimum 5 night stay in cottages during peak season
	Cancellations (Cottages):	60 days cancellation notice required for deposit refund less a $50 cancellation fee for early departures you will be required to pay the number of nights spent with us at standard nightly fee plus a $50 early departure fee
	Smoking:	Smoking is prohibited in the Inn, the Gatehouse, the Motel and the Cottages. A $250 cleaning and recovery fee will be charged to any guest that smokes in a non-smoking unit.
	Cancellations (Inn + Motel):	30 days cancellation notice required for deposit refund less @ $50.00 cancellation fee.
